Very Little Positive To Say - Project Manager Glenmark Employee Review

Glenmark has unfair pay policies. Some people who are favored by upper management get outrageous promotions while others get completely ignored, all because the leaders don't have the courage to do the right thing. Some of the leaders don't even bother to speak or say hello to the people doing the grunt work. They drive ridiculously expensive cars while most people are barely getting by. I used to have hope that this place would be great, but it's the most toxic environment I've ever seen.
