DONT COME HERE - Micribiologist Glenmark Employee Review

This is the worse microbiology lab I’ve ever worked in. Managers are always deviating from protocol, which affects the products. Supervisors and hire ups do not seem to know what is going on or what they are doing. They do not care about USP, they just do whatever they want. (Probably why they always have recalls). The culture here is so toxic and HR will not do anything about it. Don’t be fooled like I was. The pay is great and the benefits are pretty good, but they are not worth it!
