Pros
The salary is ok, benefits are average, they do not discriminate based on height, size or ethnical origin or age.
Cons
The company is being run without a Moral Compass, bosses from the top down love cheap gossip (both ways) and handle the company through their favorites and all they do is blame everyone else for how bad (actually) the affiliate is performing. (thanks to my english teacher for this translation from spanish to english)
