Pros
very centric officices, easily reachable from any part of Mexico City, relatively close to the airport, competitive compensation package, good life insurance benefit and good Christmas bonus
Cons
Absolute lack of team work, everyone is minding their own business only, poor management, poor leadership at every single level, good international company with a very dissapointing affiliate in Mexico lacking ethical standards, they fired a pregnant sales person that was actually doing a pretty good job. Sales are plunging.
