Horrible senior management, hire and fire policy at senior level, you should think 100 times before joining as this company expects extraordinary performance from new joiners however senior employees (10+ years) chill all the time. Within first 6 months they will find a reason to fire you or put you on PIP. Huge work pressure and complete bureaucracy at all levels, HR is non existent. Horrible Experience.
