Pros
The pros relate to the Birmingham office which is still full of great people. Some of the previous reviews here are incredibly harsh and absolutely not true. The office is very diverse and not once did I ever see any form of discrimination relating to race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender, or anything for that matter. If anything, all I saw was managers go out of their way to make sure people were supported. - Great office location in the city centre - Genuinely great people, all trying their best to do a great job - People always willing to listen to ideas - Ability to put forward your own ideas and make them happen (if you want to) - Flexible - Always something sociable happening
Cons
It's owned by a group that's run by senior managers that are greedy, arrogant, and only interested in their own agendas. I've never come across a management team with such little regard for anything but themselves - which is evident in the fact that they can't even retain their own senior managers. Sadly this has impacted the Birmingham office and it's a tragedy to see what was once an amazing business, ruined by private equity backers and greedy managers. There's little motivation for employees now, particularly after the impact of things like salary benchmarking exercises that couldn't have gone more wrong, restructures, and some of they key people in the business dropping like flies. I'd say that they would be in for a shock if the remaining people holding the business up left, but they probably won't care.
