      One of my most regretful experiences/choices!

      Pros

      I have been fortunate enough to have worked at both small and huge organisations over the last 25 years, and Glide in my opinion is right up there with the worst, and one of my most regretful life experiences/choices.

      Cons

      Like any other business, there is good and bad; Glide employs some good and even great people, however it often feels like they also harbour and revel in association with some of the worst people! From the CEO that fancies himself a ladies’ man and Temu 007, to the pocket sized CTO that clearly has an unfathomable desire to be known as a ‘tough guy’ by bullying anyone and everyone possible (Jack Russel syndrome).

      Pros

      Pay is okay, not the best, not the worst Some really great people working there who band together against the storm

      Cons

      Full of people who hire their friends, who hire theirs in turn, and you end up with a whole line of people who protect each other and their mutal incompetencies. Massive repeated waves of redundancies. Stripped out teams are left carrying the work of those pushed out.

      There are positive's to add to such a disfunctional excuse of a business.

      Senior management are just a group of jokers covering for each other.
