Was a great place to develop skills. Used to be an amazing community and culture.
Cons
Was bought by a larger company who had no interest in the business asides from taking money out to fund their own projects. Promotes internally which is a way to say they promote to incompetence to avoid having to pay market wages. Replaced all higher ups with employees from their own company who had no interest in learning the industry and thusly made ridiculous decisions and pushed away all the talent. Literally one of the first things they did after purchasing the original company I worked for was absorb our HR into theirs before making the entire HR department redundant so rest assured they definitely do not have your best interests at heart. Gave all the work to a few competent people and once they left it all fell apart.
