Nice Company to work for - Anonymous employee Glide (UK) Employee Review

*Flexibility. I dont always work 9-5. *Geography- would love to be able to have more face to face opportunities with my colleagues. *I would like to see a transparent pay scale (exc.bonus/comms) across the business.

I have been fortunate enough to have worked at both small and huge organisations over the last 25 years, and Glide in my opinion is right up there with the worst, and one of my most regretful life experiences/choices.

Like any other business, there is good and bad; Glide employs some good and even great people, however it often feels like they also harbour and revel in association with some of the worst people! From the CEO that fancies himself a ladies’ man and Temu 007, to the pocket sized CTO that clearly has an unfathomable desire to be known as a ‘tough guy’ by bullying anyone and everyone possible (Jack Russel syndrome).
