Lack of communication and training. CEO claims that facility its a "state-of-the-art processing center" but the reality is that its just a big warehouse with a bunch of old computers and laptops (who is buying those unupdated equipment anyway!) Broken network cables laying all over the testing racks, full of dust and managers and leads that don't know what are they doing. Basically they are just going day by day hoping to get the numbers out. They have a so called "Process" but there is nothing logical about it. There is not too much to learn if you are a test operator, probably if you are working in the repair department but other than that its a dead end job.
