-Worst managers ever. - Unprofessional except some co-workers. -Threatening employees of losing their jobs. -Pushing employees to work overtime.(They treat people as slaves). -Not safe, They hire people without background check, Sometimes I feel like walking in jail.

Thank you for your feedback. We have had some changes to management and will continue to try to improve our employee's experience. I do want to be clear that we have always and will continue to run background checks for every hire.

Pros

Benefits and paid holidays. That's about it not even the pay considering temporary employees would get compensated more. They also had some overtime available in certain areas. So if you like that that's a bonus.

Cons

Management most of the time didn't know what to do. Depended way to heavily on inexperienced employees to make decisions. Quality suffered as well with improper training and employees not following simple tasks. Also gave leadership roles to employees who are not qualified and just did nothing but talk. No hope of advancement just so your task that is given to you. Whether that is in the warehouse or something else. At my time there some temporary employees had more trust than the full time employees. Just move on to something else until they get their things in order which they still haven't had any real processes or training.
