Fun people. Decent Pay Employee discount program is nice! Lots of new clients coming in recently so they must be growing very fast! Always hiring - to keep up with the growth. The COVID steps they are taking for the employees is comforting to see. They were quick to respond to the pandemic and help make employees feel safe in the workplace. Happy to still be considered an essential employee in these times!! Management has recently taken to optimizing our processes to address the issues with production and made our lives a lot easier so that is appreciated for sure. Cant wait to see how automated they can get things. Global Resale has a lot of potential to be a massive and awesome company as long as they continue down the new path they have been going. I like being part of a company that is still kind of new and you can see it grow around you.

Not enough people at times. Probably due to the fact they are growing faster than they can hire. Some people can be unprofessional but i guess thats with every job. Processes weren't documented so it was hard to step into a new role. ( The new project managers though have been fixing that and getting all the processes and SOP's documented for us which makes things so much easier. So its getting better. Still have some work to do though.) For a while employees couldn't purchase anything because there was no process set up for employees. I hear their website is back up now so that may have changed. Hope so because they have a lot of good stuff. They should set up more employee challenges/rewards to not only incentivize people but reward those that go above and beyond. Need more employee recognition.

CEO refers to his employees as stupid MF's to his warehouse manager. 0 trust in employees working here, they have a metal detector entering and leaving the work area. zero training, Co workers are expected to train their peers instead of line leaders. upper management has zero clue about any set process and it changes on a near weekly basis. constant fear of being fired.
