Everything you read below is 100% still accurate in 2019. CEO refers to his employees as stupid MF's to his warehouse manager. 0 trust in employees working here, they have a metal detector entering and leaving the work area. zero training, Co workers are expected to train their peers instead of line leaders. upper management has zero clue about any set process and it changes on a near weekly basis. constant fear of being fired.
