      Depending on the industry, it is a good Opportunity to make good money. The people are fun and up for laugh. Excellent sales training

      Cons

      Aggressive sales tactics, long hours, very stressful environment. Some industries are a lot more successful than others due to factors such as competition, sales cycles and the product itself. Poor equipment and bland looking offices. High turnover

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
