Pros
I enjoyed the company I was placed at, AT&T. Glotel and their team not so much. Unreliable people. Glotel staff were unreliable, unwilling to help when needed and untruthful.
Cons
Refused to live up to their promise of a salary increase after 1 year after repeated requests. I spoke to my AT&T manager and he said I did excellent work. My co-workers were getting salary increases from their contract firms. Glotel refused a slight increase constantly siting the economy and multiple other excuses. But they were constantly trying to send me coffee cups, water bottles, windbreakers with Glotel plastered on them. I would have preferred an actual raise to the cheap trinkets they kept trying to foist on me.
