Cons

Not much career progression, the upper management seems quite changeable, supply seems an issue, product demand is high but limited by supply Messy planning from supply side The acquired division and project planning is a mess

-Great pto -decent benefits and comp

Cons

-misalignment in everyday HQ to the US -lack of interest in growing a presence in the market to be known and refuse to put the resources in to do so -constant restructuring -poor leadership and direction from SLT -constant organizational hiccups with growth initiatives but yet have no clue how to successfully do so
