Pros

- It's nice to put on a resume - Experience building - Lots to do so never bored - Benefits were decent

Cons

- Upper management is not very good, Human Resources is worse - You are only as valuable as your last month (previous years are irrelevant unless you are upper management) - Upper management and HR give off the feeling they have no use for you nor care - Voicing your ideas or visions for the company is pointless and could get you closer to getting terminated - Management plays favorites and it's so obvious

-Great pto -decent benefits and comp

Cons

-misalignment in everyday HQ to the US -lack of interest in growing a presence in the market to be known and refuse to put the resources in to do so -constant restructuring -poor leadership and direction from SLT -constant organizational hiccups with growth initiatives but yet have no clue how to successfully do so
