Pros

For the most part, the people who work here are very knowledgeable and friendly/easy to work with. The company has also added a mentor program in the past few years, which does work to make things easier for new hires, as I recall when I first started it was difficult. There are enough people who do not mind showing you the ropes or helping out when you have questions. Commuting to the office is convenient from a public transportation perspective, but being located in times square also makes it a little hectic at times. Salary is pretty standard, they do have good benefits and the coffee/tea situation is pretty great. As I am starting a family, allowing employees to work from home for periods of time was a nice touch. The work is good; Hardesty wins a lot of interesting projects, so there is always opportunity. Great and supportive management, from my point of view. The company is also growing, so that adds to the opportunities as they generally promote from within. I have had an overall excellent experience at H&H.

Cons

Open floor plan, so the office environment can be kind of loud at times—but they do allow listening to music through headphones.

Pros

I've had a great experience working at H&H. The company genuinely cares about its employees and consistently lives out its core values. I feel that my ideas are truly valued, and I can see the positive impact they make. There’s a strong sense of collaboration, and everyone works together toward excellence, not just internally, but also in how we serve our clients. One of the things I appreciate most is the opportunity for growth and advancement. H&H actively supports professional development and encourages employees to take on new challenges and expand their skills. H&H puts real effort into building a supportive, values-driven culture, and that makes a meaningful difference in the day-to-day work environment.

Cons

I have no cons to list.

Pros

-hybrid work schedule -decent pay -a few good people at the top (however they're removed from the day-to-day) -it's rare to not have work

Cons

-the most senior of management is like a soap opera (iykyk) -impossible (thankless) deadlines -bonuses vary wildly (and can be super low), depending on department and boss -the rudest people I've ever worked with -lots of micro-agression racism -lots of the management have ZERO people skills -oppurtunities for advancement are not fairly offered

Thank you for sharing your experience. The concerns you’ve raised are unexpected and not aligned with the values and standards we uphold at H&H. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace where employees are treated with respect and where decisions are handled thoughtfully and consistently. We hold our leaders accountable to those expectations and take feedback like this seriously in reinforcing them across the firm.(SB)
