      Only good for short term

      Cons

      The company will fire you for no good reason. One day everything is perfect then the next day they will call you in HR department and tell you leave office asap without giving a solid reason. You will also get treated differently based on your skin color.

      Brown People Should Look Elsewhere

      Pros

      -hybrid work schedule -decent pay -a few good people at the top (however they're removed from the day-to-day) -it's rare to not have work

      Cons

      -the most senior of management is like a soap opera (iykyk) -impossible (thankless) deadlines -bonuses vary wildly (and can be super low), depending on department and boss -the rudest people I've ever worked with -lots of micro-agression racism -lots of the management have ZERO people skills -oppurtunities for advancement are not fairly offered
