Pros
international corp., night time staff treated CNA's/Tech's as equals for most part. You'll always have a few bad apples who spend too much time shopping on their phones or gossiping but for the most part was positive. benefits package is average but decent. can't complain. Got to work with several nurses that could probably work anywhere they want and chose here. Then again, met several that makes me question everything I know about healthcare. But the good definitely outweigh the bad

like most places understaffed and overworked. way to much time spent on pointless education that take sway too long. computer system is outdated. pay could be better. for most part night staff is good people
