      I feel the nurses voices are heard and changes are made with the staff in mind as well as the patient

      Can sometimes feel each department is a separate entity, they are working on cohesion in every area

      People in the lab are very nice

      Cons

      Pay is the lowest around. If you work to cover an odd shift to get a meager bonus, you'll have to beg and remind them to pay you the bonus for months. They buy the cheapest equipment that always breaks down and squeeze every bit of work out of people for terrible pay. Felt taken advantage of there!
