      Great Management and coworkers. Low patient to nurse ratio. Newer facility. Opportunities to float to other departments ICU, OR, and ED.

      Cons

      Smaller facility, limited resources at nights and weekends. No Hospitalist at the facility during the nights or on weekends. No compensation for continuing education.

      People in the lab are very nice

      Cons

      Pay is the lowest around. If you work to cover an odd shift to get a meager bonus, you'll have to beg and remind them to pay you the bonus for months. They buy the cheapest equipment that always breaks down and squeeze every bit of work out of people for terrible pay. Felt taken advantage of there!
