      Pros

      Full of amazing people, lots of diversity. Fun place to work. Work isn't too strenuous. Free tea and toast. I found managers to be supportive. Lots of overtime available.

      Cons

      Pay can be low, HR non existent. Targets could occasionally be unrealistic. The nature of the work meant it sometimes got a bit repetitive and boring, but that's life!

      Easy Good Hours Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
