I've never written one of these before, so take that as having enough passion to try and help someone avoid being treated so badly - Company will deduct pay from you, then refuse to answer why - They will accept a holiday request from you, then when you've logged off, file it as VTO (Voluntary Time Off), meaning you don't get paid - They will fire you with no warning or notice - I know several people who were - They will give VTO or holiday when the calls are at their busiest, so they can show off statistics of how busy their agents are - The higher ups couldn't care less about your mental wellbeing. The team managers are VERY understanding, but higher up than that? Nah. - The team managers are regularly demoted when they've been doing excellent jobs, and nobody knows why - In short, all criticism is ignored There's loads of stuff wrong with the company, but the long and short of it is they do not care about you. You are a number. I was with Teleperformance before and they made you feel like you were cared about. HGS are ran by heartless morons. And, just for reference, I wasn't let go. I left and was told I could return any time as I was a "good agent, and we hate letting good agents go"
