Extremely Busy Overnight - Night Auditor HHM Hotels Employee Review

This Embassy Suites hotel is directly off the highway and the front desk is extremely busy all night with check-ins, snack purchases, and other guest requests. There is no overnight security guard or maintenance person that could assist with the tremendous amount of housekeeping calls between 11pm and 4am for extra pillows, blankets and toiletries, at a time when it is nearly impossible to get away from the desk. There are also a lot of calls for maintenance having to do with the air conditioning system in the guest rooms. The Night Auditor is alone at an extremely busy property, and the weekend is a madhouse.
