Pros

Used to value their people. Growth is possible, if you look the part and play the politics right.

Cons

Ego maniacs are running the show. They have no regard for anyone but theirselves. Regional corporate office does what they want and has no regard for anyone on property. We're beneath them. No respect for General managers, and promotions are all made with an agenda. New management is in over their head. Don't bank on making any real money here. They only see you as a number and if the number is too high or impacts their goals, forget the hardworking people.

Love everything about the stay. Beds are comfortable and clean. Food is always good and fresh

Colleagues are fun to work with

Cons

Management is terrible. They expect you to do things around their timeline, but when you ask them for something, crickets. There are no sop's. This place flies by the rest of their pants and half the stuff you do is questionable. When you do question it, it's just how it is. Expect to put in about 5-10 hours of overtime each month.
