As a department head for this company they have high expectations with reporting but they are pretty organized.

Cons

Little support from corporate, no opportunity to meet others in your position at other hotels, HR issues such as sexual harassment that were common boated to the gas of our property were met with disbelief and dismissal.

Management is terrible. They expect you to do things around their timeline, but when you ask them for something, crickets. There are no sop's. This place flies by the rest of their pants and half the stuff you do is questionable. When you do question it, it's just how it is. Expect to put in about 5-10 hours of overtime each month.
