Co workers (who actually last), goal oriented outlook, looks good on resume (I guess), quickly growing, job opportunities, idk what else

Cons

Goal oriented outlook though unrealistic, high turnover, higher ups don’t understand properties, high end look with cheap quality materials furniture and building, mainly for looks than function, unappreciated, no incentives, hiring from within is all talk

Love everything about the stay. Beds are comfortable and clean. Food is always good and fresh

Colleagues are fun to work with

Cons

Management is terrible. They expect you to do things around their timeline, but when you ask them for something, crickets. There are no sop's. This place flies by the rest of their pants and half the stuff you do is questionable. When you do question it, it's just how it is. Expect to put in about 5-10 hours of overtime each month.
