Pros

There is growth opportunities if what you desire to do is to grow in hotel space thats really on the low end of the spectrum. They don't manage quality hotels and are very heavy in the Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn level of hotels. In that environment, one can grow very fast and since the turnover is very heavy, opportunities are always available. Its a good training ground very early in your career (which is great) but a long term career isn't really something most people want out this company.

Cons

It's a company that while you can grow fast in your career, it's on the low end of hotels and thats really limiting to a good career in hotels. The company is a bit "cliquish" in that if your profile "matches" what's important to them, they will take good care of you if you don't, it's very hard to get ahead and have good work acknowledged by any senior leadership. The turnover is always out of control whether at the property level, regional level or senior level, the company has a well earned reputation for not being able to retain top talent, especially in the Philadelphia office. That's sad.

Pros

Colleagues are fun to work with

Cons

Management is terrible. They expect you to do things around their timeline, but when you ask them for something, crickets. There are no sop's. This place flies by the rest of their pants and half the stuff you do is questionable. When you do question it, it's just how it is. Expect to put in about 5-10 hours of overtime each month.
