Pros

-They'll pay you? -One of the few hotel management companies in Philadelphia .. -The corporate office is nicely decorated? ( you know when you're complementing decor you're truly at a loss of kind things to say)

Cons

It's been reiterated in numerous reviews and I'd be doing a disservice not to post. The company culture is horrendous. HHM leadership is poor- no mentoring, favoritism runs rampant, you're unsupported, pay is low, male dominated culture- the list goes on. Plenty of other places to work- don't work here.

Love everything about the stay. Beds are comfortable and clean. Food is always good and fresh

Colleagues are fun to work with

Cons

Management is terrible. They expect you to do things around their timeline, but when you ask them for something, crickets. There are no sop's. This place flies by the rest of their pants and half the stuff you do is questionable. When you do question it, it's just how it is. Expect to put in about 5-10 hours of overtime each month.
