Pros
You will build character here but only through restraint due from constant criticism, micromanagement supervisors, and wannabe honorary supervisors. (Staff members that have been there for more than 2 years and for political reasons are allowed to play supervisor).
Cons
When I first started I found out that the previous HR rep for our corporate office was pregnant and was fired just before she was due to give birth because she wasn't a paper pusher. I was shocked and surprised that legal action wasn't taken none the less the company character was shown in very similar circumstances through out my stay. Avoid this company at all costs! Seriously! For your sake and well being please avoid.
