Pay is top tier Flexibility for family time Benefits are great Proud to be an employee Work flows and rotations are easy Super understanding team and management Workplace environment is incredible Help is always just a phone call away

Cons

None what so ever in my honest opinion, in this industry things can be frustrating, it’s a very demanding job however if you are hungry enough to succeed, HL Bowman gives you all the tools literally and metaphorically speaking to do so.

Pros

I’ve been working here for over a year, and it’s been the best decision I made joining the team as a lead installer. They keep me busy with work, the jobs are neatly laid out, higher ups (managers) always do their best to make sure I got whatever I need to get my work done and that there is no problems.

Potential to make decent money

Cons

Leadership team has no communication skills. Lead volume was horrible even with a close percentage near 50% you lose commission if you don’t sell the most expensive product the install team lacks experience. Bryan Enders and the management team are all buddies and treat things like a frat house. One of the most mismanaged and unprofessional companies I have ever worked for. They completely lied about how much you could make just to get me to work for them. Stay far away.
