Disorganized mess - Field Service Technician HL Bowman Employee Review

I’ve been working here for over a year, and it’s been the best decision I made joining the team as a lead installer. They keep me busy with work, the jobs are neatly laid out, higher ups (managers) always do their best to make sure I got whatever I need to get my work done and that there is no problems.

Potential to make decent money

Leadership team has no communication skills. Lead volume was horrible even with a close percentage near 50% you lose commission if you don’t sell the most expensive product the install team lacks experience. Bryan Enders and the management team are all buddies and treat things like a frat house. One of the most mismanaged and unprofessional companies I have ever worked for. They completely lied about how much you could make just to get me to work for them. Stay far away.
