I have worked at H.L. Bowman since October 2024. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but within a month, I had a clear understanding of how things work. Honestly, they provide great support for installers. In the mornings, when I arrive at the shop, I already know my first job for the day. I know where all the parts are, and most of the time, everything has already been ordered. All I have to do is pick up the parts and head out to complete the job.

Cons

Nothing significant that I can say yeah I hate or something like that. Great communication, great support

I’ve been working here for over a year, and it’s been the best decision I made joining the team as a lead installer. They keep me busy with work, the jobs are neatly laid out, higher ups (managers) always do their best to make sure I got whatever I need to get my work done and that there is no problems.

Leadership team has no communication skills. Lead volume was horrible even with a close percentage near 50% you lose commission if you don’t sell the most expensive product the install team lacks experience. Bryan Enders and the management team are all buddies and treat things like a frat house. One of the most mismanaged and unprofessional companies I have ever worked for. They completely lied about how much you could make just to get me to work for them. Stay far away.
