Pros
-Company culture: Can't speak highly enough about the culture here, but to sum it up: High energy. Fast-paced. Mission-driven. Down to earth, smart, hardworking colleagues (who also know how to have a good time). Health & wellness perks. Free snacks & catered lunch once a week. Pet friendly office. Tons of flexibility with working remotely. Unlimited PTO. So. much. swag. The list goes on! -Career growth: Come to a company like HackerOne if you are hungry to learn and advance your career. Development and promoting from within is a huge priority here, and I don't see this stopping anytime soon. Leaders hire for potential and WANT you to move to the next level. -Leader in the space: HackerOne is truly the leader in the Bug Bounty space; we have the most robust/mature product, the largest hacker community, with the biggest companies in the world as our clients... you could say our street cred is pretty strong :) -Transparency: So SO many companies preach this, time after time. HackerOne is more transparent than any other company I've been a part of. We have weekly company wide "Ask Me Anything" meetings where employees have the opportunity to ask leadership ANY questions on their minds; TOUGH questions are asked regularly which calls for sometimes difficult and sensitive discussions. Our execs don't shy away from anything and are willing to get in the nitty gritty details with us. -Egoless, authentic leadership: Our leaders are super passionate, mission driven individuals who have super impressive backgrounds yet are not above any task. Across departments, leaders are in the trenches with their direct reports; this is just the leadership style and expectation here. They are down to earth, open-book type leaders; they are honest with their areas of opportunity, rely heavily on the opinions of their teams, and are upfront when they may not have the right answer. It's incredibly refreshing.
Cons
Honestly, can't think of many. We are slowly outgrowing our space here, so conference rooms can be a bit tight at times. It'd be nice to have catered lunch everyday. I think I'm just fishing for things here... :)
