Pros

Company has a great brand identity in the ethical hacking space.

Cons

Overhired too many unnecessary roles across mid level management and directors. Senior leaders were providing false information to the CEO for optics in keeping their jobs. The Sales organization hires externally unqualified candidates who can’t create any pipeline. Most reps going full fiscal year without generating a single meeting.

Great folks to work with at the IC level, people willing to help

Cons

Company exp some economic turbulence, over hired, poor Leadership that have not solved any of the "finger pointing" that they have claimed to be occurring. Communication is poor from top to bottom, many teams across the org worried about job security . Some of the recent reviews a bit more eye opening, regarding "hiring consultants" to make business decisions. Some teams are fluffing numbers to appease optics
