Pros

I love that the pay is limitless, if you’re willing to put in hard work. The job offers the ability to travel for work if necessary. It’s rare to find a CEO that takes as much pride in his company and the family of employees around him.

Cons

It’s not a great job for someone looking for part time.

Pros

Job was exciting, seemed like there was genuine money to make. I felt that if I put in the effort, I would definitely end the year with a good amount of money made. Job training was excellent. Bringing in cars was relatively easy, the pitch is hard to say no to compared to many other products out there.

Cons

Commission payments are delayed until repairs are completed, fair enough. I brought in a substantial number of cars, many of which were already in the shop, along with a large number of leads. I was then fired for lateness shortly before many of those repairs were finalized. I own that I was late, but the timing felt highly suspicious to me. My understanding was that I would receive around 50% for those cars after I was terminated, yet I was ultimately paid only a small fraction of what I expected. I was told several cars I brought in did not “go through,” despite having been in the shop, and there was very little transparency about why I was no longer credited for them. Be very careful with the commission structure here. I recommend documenting exactly what cars you bring in, in case you are terminated like I was. Do not give them an easy reason to fire you, even if you are performing well. In my case, being late gave them an opening, and I was left with very little of the compensation I expected from work I had already done.

Hail Medic Auto Hail Repair Response

I would like to start this response by saying that we have not let anyone go recently. Im not sure when you worked with us but we are pretty tolerant and flexible with our team so I can't imagine it was just for being late. I would also like to address the timing concern you have. We put a ton of effort into building a good team. We don't spend time training and developing people to just let them go. Even if we do, we still pay out the commission owed for the portion of the job they completed. I am sorry it didn't work out with us and I hope you find a good fit somewhere else.
