The staff-to-patient ratio at times was a bit much. Most of the time though manageable.

Decent pay, can pick up shifts if you want

Some staff can be no call/no show multiple times without consequences leaving coworkers scrambling, staff stop CPR on a patient when EMS is in the parking lot and don't wait for them to get up to the patient room, some patients lie blatantly, or assault staff and there are no consequences
