Working as the QA Lead here has been an incredibly rewarding experience, largely because of the collaborative spirit of our team. In Quality Assurance, our goal isn't just to 'check boxes'—it’s to be a true partner to our clinicians. I take great pride in leading a QA team that prioritizes the needs of our field staff. It’s inspiring to work with clinicians who are so open to growth and dedicated to perfecting their craft. One of the most fulfilling parts of my role is acting as a troubleshooter. Whether it’s navigating a complex EMR issue or resolving a documentation hurdle, our department is a dedicated resource for the staff. To further support our frontline heroes, my team and I focus on internal auditing that goes beyond just finding errors. While we never touch objective clinical assessments, we proactively help fill in administrative items. This 'team-assist' approach significantly decreases documentation errors and allows our clinicians to focus more on what they do best: patient care. For home health there is a lot of charting but that is not unique to this agency.

Sadly no pros. My experience with this company was very traumatic and disappointing.

-Formally expressing concerns regarding overall experience under Regional Manager Diane Gomez during my employment. -Became aware that at least two previous employees also remained in the scheduling department for only a very short period of time, raising concerns about a possible pattern within the department of firing people constantly. -Observed behavior from management that felt unprofessional and inappropriate during training. -Witnessed the manager openly criticize and made negative comments made about employees under her. -Felt the workplace environment lacked support, professionalism and respect for employees. -Observed that the manager appeared selective about who she treated kindly, contributing to feelings of exclusion. -During training i felt discouraged from asking questions necessary to learn the role. -Received responses that made asking training-related questions feel unwelcome or burdensome.
