Pros
I started in early 2020. HPOne, in the beginning, was easy to work with as far as sales goals but everything started to change in 2021. There are far worse places to work for, Medicare wise so HP One is good if you are looking to get experience with Medicare.
Cons
They are much tougher on sales agents -- especially those who fall in the middle bracket and below. They definitely play favorites with certain agents. Management is easy to work with, for the most part. You are also captive. They are also one of the few companies that allow you to have renewals but that is if you graduate to another sales bracket. Be wary of your sales because they are far more punitive than they were before.
