Pros

Not a bad place to work. People are nice enough. Benefits and pay are average. Bonus's are quarterly but only 1%. Annual bonus can net about 2%. Easy enought access to I-65. Gym is in Cummins Stataion and can joing at a discount. A few place to eat in the building or walk to the Flying Saucer or the Frist Cafe but other than those choses then you have to drive. Most section managers are good about work/life management and giving time off to take care of personal issues. Revenue growth of the company continues to grow but research a bit deeper and you will find that it may be due too luck more so than sound strategy.

Cons

If you have to travel then be prepared to pay out of your own pocket although HR says it's a quick turn around; do not believe it. This is a SaaS company and not a true healthcare company. Several areas are understaffed especially in IT so do not expect immediate help although MIS tries really hard. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to grow professionally.

Pros

Fantastic company culture with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration. Leadership is highly supportive, making it an ideal place to learn, develop new skills, and advance your career. The work-life balance is truly excellent, and there is a clear path for internal growth.

Cons

Base salary could be improved.

Pros

My team and the connections I've made, their support and strong team effort.

Cons

Had 3 managers in first year. Lack of communication and leadership. Pay is substantially lower than competition. No Work/Life balance - all work! HR was ineffective, and slow to respond to issues and questions. Management only sees dollar signs and are quick to make judgements regarding employee's work, have unreal expectations, show no compassion, and put people in boxes... giving no feeling of belonging. The workforce development platform is outdated and there is a lack of connection with sales and product teams to discuss what client's urgently need. HSTM cannot keep up.
