Fairly Easy Entry, Can work your way up quickly at the beginning, good onboarding process that allows you to learn the software, great coworkers, good leaders throughout my tenure
Cons
Most positions are severely under market (20-30k). Due to this, turnover is high and they can’t keep their good employees because they leave for fair compensation. This leads to decreased team morale and it’s hard to stay motivated after awhile.

Promotions are far in between and your direct manager has no say when it comes to getting your promoted. Benefits could be better.
