Pros

Great people on teams Pretty good office location as far as ambiance Good vision in important industry Pretty solid vision for marketplace

Cons

Terrible buildout planned for new corporate office.....10 years ago it made sense but very little employee excitement about it now and serious concerns and lack of energy around it. Several people in different departments contemplating career move away as a result. Salary and benefits NOT market value despite executive message that they are. You can’t pay someone 100K, next guy 60K and say we pay market avg. of 80K........ Need better work from home opportunities. Employees work/life balance being killed because of traffic and resistance to work from home change Lack of taking employee feedback seriously in key areas........very little follow up on critical issues of pay, benefits, etc. It’s almost like the executives hear it but don’t know what to do to actively change it for employees. Causes employee frustration and hinders ability to trust leadership.

Pros

Fantastic company culture with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration. Leadership is highly supportive, making it an ideal place to learn, develop new skills, and advance your career. The work-life balance is truly excellent, and there is a clear path for internal growth.

Cons

Base salary could be improved.

Pros

My team and the connections I've made, their support and strong team effort.

Cons

Had 3 managers in first year. Lack of communication and leadership. Pay is substantially lower than competition. No Work/Life balance - all work! HR was ineffective, and slow to respond to issues and questions. Management only sees dollar signs and are quick to make judgements regarding employee's work, have unreal expectations, show no compassion, and put people in boxes... giving no feeling of belonging. The workforce development platform is outdated and there is a lack of connection with sales and product teams to discuss what client's urgently need. HSTM cannot keep up.
