We are excited about our One HealthStream operating structure which eliminated duplication and consolidated multiple divisions and departments as a means for improving operational efficiencies and consistent communications. HealthStream strives to provide a positive work environment that provides flexibility for employees to manage their work and personal lives. We continue to offer our employees the ability to work from wherever they choose to provide a better experience for all employees. We also understand the importance of providing proper training and onboarding for new employees, especially those in people management roles.
