Pros

Not much, there could be few roles which are good to be part of.

Cons

This company employs manipulative tactics, enticing you with perks to accept their offer. However, it's a risky move unless they provide a three-month joining bonus, which could be essential to maintain your stay on a visa if they create a challenging work environment. Some Directors and VPs seem to favor hiring friends and family, often remote workers, while shifting the heavy lifting of projects onto a few hardworking resources. If you raise concerns, be prepared for retaliation. They might collect negative feedback from their friends within the team to push you out. The workplace culture is deceptive, with manipulative and dubious work ethics. There is zero transparency, and leadership seems to be filled with pathological liars. Beware if you're considering joining this company. They will rip you with additional work for a meager 1% bonus quarterly, they will have you do heavy lifting to accomplish, this will be as much as the work you do daily, its literally additional project with vague goals and guidelines which they use to rate your performance

Pros

My team and the connections I've made, their support and strong team effort.

Cons

Had 3 managers in first year. Lack of communication and leadership. Pay is substantially lower than competition. No Work/Life balance - all work! HR was ineffective, and slow to respond to issues and questions. Management only sees dollar signs and are quick to make judgements regarding employee's work, have unreal expectations, show no compassion, and put people in boxes... giving no feeling of belonging. The workforce development platform is outdated and there is a lack of connection with sales and product teams to discuss what client's urgently need. HSTM cannot keep up.
