This company believes that you are better than what you believe you are. They follow a regime that challenges their employees daily. Every task laid in front of you is a tool to improve upon yourself while on the job and off the clock. Hard work and looking at the bigger picture will be noticed and rewarded. It just depends on your mannerisms and attitude. Some may not agree with all policies in place, but they are proven tried and true ones that are meant to help you and the company succeed. This is a production-based company. You will not be given everything you desire with a poor attitude. Put the job you were hired for in front of yourself and you will do well. What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Heartland Customer Solutions, LLC? Dress well and let them know what you can do for the company. Be confident and give honest answers. Sometimes the workload is heavy, but not impossible to overcome.

HCS is a relatively small company compared to other places I have worked. At first this was a little odd, coming from a Corporation with literally tens of thousands of employees. As a smaller company, it is easier to be recognized when performing above expectation. From a culture standpoint, it is obvious they try to keep the small company feel with Picnics, Ice Cream Socials, Cupcake Socials, and employee luncheons. As far as the work is concerned, it can be challenging, but rewarding. As with just about any other company, you are going to get out of it whatever you are willing to put into it. It seems there has a been a lot of growth in the last several months and it sounds like there is quite a bit more to come.

Some folks don't care for the "old fashioned" philosophies regarding cleaning the building as a team instead of hiring a janitorial crew, but when you see the results, it's tough to argue. Other than that, the "rules" and "policies" seem to make sense based on the work being performed.
