Pros
-If fellowship program is done correctly (not consistent enough across clinics), it is a good program.
Cons
-Have important meetings/decisions made about staff and not including them in those meetings. -Significant delay in responding to emails (sometimes up to a month from the RDO) -Rare follow through on anything. -Burnout and personal issues are addressed to supervisors and ignored. -RBT’s were not given any sort of break for over a year. Told by CD they were not “required” to give us breaks. -Witnessed a BCBA repeatedly say they were supervising clients/RBT’s when they were not at the clinic/telehealth. -Complete lack of cohesion across clinics. -Too many locations (feels like a franchise wanting to make money rather than providing quality care to clients and staff). -First week of training has varied way too much across cohorts. -Lack of professional development. -Poor pay and high turnover in all positions (Ex: RBT’s, BCBA’s, LBS’s, CD’s, RDO’s, etc.).
