Strong growth. It almost seems like the company can do no wrong. Just about everything it does, it does very well. Excellent mid-level management. Of course there is always an exception, but I can pretty much guarantee anyone who is looking at HEI for a career that they will be led by very thoughtful and experienced people. Excellent upper-level management. The company continues to evolve in ways that seems scary, but always work out in the favor of everyone involved. HEI hasn't been afraid to make big decisions!
