      The company cares about its employees. Good variety of projects. A lot of training to grow your career. Geographic opportunities across the US. Great Culture. Strong leadership.

      Cons

      The growth has made the company large....but that growth has provided many opportunities.

      lots of calculators. nice being able to flex out within the pay period.

      workloads can be stressful leading to working 10-16 hour days
