Illusion vs Reality - Anonymous employee Henderson Engineers Employee Review

No communication regarding project deadlines and employees are just expected to drop whatever you are doing when one magically appears. Way too many people that have been at Henderson for 10 + years and are some of the most under skilled and lazy people I’ve ever seen in my life. I have no idea how in the world they are still here. Management does as little work as possible and has no accountability at all. Never seen so many people of power do so little in any company before. Henderson is constantly touting how awesome the company is when in reality it’s a completely different story of disfunction and confusion. Very much a “survive if you can” kind of culture. You are either driven to insanity leading to resignation or you are laid off/fired for finally giving up. Same issues are brought up time and time again with no action to correct the problem. They will sometimes listen to thoughts of improvement but will do absolutely nothing to follow up or correct these issues.
